The role specifically involves being part of the Managed Services Team. We are looking for someone to assist with the management and maintenance of internal systems including networking, internet, desktop/ laptops and user accounts all within a Microsoft (Windows/AD/O365/Azure) environment. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have the professionalism to communicate with a variety of teams and users.
There will be regular contact with clients, so applicants must be comfortable discussing technical concepts in clear and concise language. The ideal candidate will be in a similar role or have relative experience from a previous role, during which they would have gained experience in problem solving, managing client expectations and SLA’s. They must have good communication skills, the ability to work to tight time scales and under pressure.

Our UK offices are in Farnham and London, and the Bulgaria office is in Sofia. The role is primarily based in our office in Farnham, with occasional travel to our London office (near Waterloo) and providing remote support for our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
